We provide two different products, one that helps to gather guest info and another one that helps hosts to understand the status of each reservation.
Each reservation triggers an email to the lead guest. Within that email, we provide a link with a progressive web app (see picture below) to collect guest information. Chekin completes this info with property details required by the local authorities (police, statistic and taxes) so all the information needed is registered and approved.
